WeWork is looking for a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a strong understanding of online support systems.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional online support to our clients through various communication channels such as live chat, email, and social media.- Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client problems and ensure client satisfaction.- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications.- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance the client experience.

Requirements:- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle a variety of client issues and situations.- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed choices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in online support tools and systems.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
