Job Description:

Valero Energy, based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team at the associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. We are looking for a confident and passionate individual with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone calls.2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform.3. Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution.4. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client problems.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.7. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest solutions to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.2. 3+ years of experience in client support or customer service.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients.4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
