Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is passionate, hardworking, persuasive, and skilled in strategic planning.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to clients through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media- Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product information- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve our online support processes- Contribute to the development of online support strategies and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in online client support or customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
