Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online support to clients, answering queries and troubleshooting issues via email, chat, and phone.2. Assist clients with navigating our online platform, providing guidance and solutions as needed.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.4. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.5. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online client support process and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements:1. Confident and reliable personality traits to effectively interact with clients and represent the company.2. Strong negotiation skills to handle challenging situations with clients and find solutions that benefit both parties.3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up with clients.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online communication tools.6. Experience in online customer support or a related field is preferred.
