Job Description:

Caterpillar, a global leader in manufacturing construction and mining equipment, is seeking an energetic and motivated Online Client Service Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Interact with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media to provide support and assistance.2. Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.4. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex client inquiries.5. Provide product information and assistance to clients during the online purchasing process.6. Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients.8. Assist in developing and implementing online client service strategies to improve overall customer experience.9. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and response times.10. Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and marketing to ensure a seamless online client experience.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.5. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Strong planning and organizational skills.8. Prior experience in online client service is a plus.
