Online Client Service Representative

Veritiv is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As a key member of our Associate Level team, the Online Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via online channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients- Identify opportunities for improvement in the online client service process and recommend solutions

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic- Ability to think strategically and conduct research to address client needs- Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
