Job Description:Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with online clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through online channels.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with online clients, providing excellent customer service and support- Monitor online client inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and client engagement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance online client relations and drive business growth

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, e-commerce, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively- Resilient and energetic personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service- Strong research and strategic planning skills- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
