Job Description:

Unum Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through online platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media.2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints.4. Provide product and service information to clients.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.6. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any negative comments or concerns.7. Analyze client data and identify trends to improve client satisfaction.8. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote client engagement.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in online platforms and social media management tools.6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.7. Experience with online marketing and customer relationship management systems.8. Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting.
