Job Description:
PPL is seeking a motivated and confident Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage online client communications via email, chat, and social media platforms- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data- Motivated and confident attitude with a customer-focused mindset- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software- Knowledge of online communication platforms and social media- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
