Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care and hygiene products, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. This position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in client relations management, who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses strong adaptability and research skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience- Analyze client data and trends to develop reports and recommendations for optimizing client engagement and sales opportunities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the company's online presence- Implement and manage online client engagement campaigns to drive brand awareness and loyalty- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content for online platforms that align with the company's brand voice and objectives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field- 8 years of experience in client relations management, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
