We are currently seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client relations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through online platforms- Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide insights to clients- Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and success
Requirements:- Proven experience in online client relations- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits- Strong cooperation and presentation skills- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of CRM software and online platforms
