Job Description:
Cameron International is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Associate in our New York City office. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online clients.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure client needs are met- Conduct research to identify new potential clients and opportunities for business growth- Assist with negotiating contracts and agreements with clients- Provide regular updates on client activity and progress to management- Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve clients- Meet and exceed client expectations to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent negotiation abilities- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis- Dedicated and resilient personality traits- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
