Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction- Use decision-making skills to escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Communicate effectively with customers through written chat interactions- Utilize technology and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:- Confident and dedicated individual with a strong customer service orientation- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and technology tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous experience in a customer service or online support role is preferred
