Position Overview:Freddie Mac is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our clients, partners, and colleagues. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to online chat inquiries from clients, partners, and colleagues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and resolutions to inquiries related to Freddie Mac products and services- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate department- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless chat support experience for all stakeholders

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer support role- Motivated and resilient personality traits- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management tools
