Job Description:
The Online Chat Support Manager at Ford in Seattle, Washington will be responsible for managing the online chat support team to ensure high-quality customer service. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of online chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.2.
