Job Description:

JUUL Labs is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions- Assisting customers with online order placements, modifications, and cancellations- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Utilizing negotiation skills to handle challenging situations and find mutually beneficial solutions- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Motivated and resilient personality traits- Strong negotiation skills and adaptability- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Knowledge of basic computer applications and online platforms- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
