Job Description:

GrubHub is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the call center industry, you will be responsible for managing our online call center operations to ensure exceptional customer service and support for our users.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the online call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives- Developing and implementing call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement- Provide coaching and support to call center staff to ensure they are delivering high-quality service- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalations- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new call center team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- Proven experience in call center management, with at least 8 years of experience- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Team player with a collaborative mindset- Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates- Medical coverage and gym membership benefits are included
