Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at CenterPoint Energy in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time position offers remote work flexibility and the opportunity to work with a team that values creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support online customer service representatives to ensure efficient and effective call center operations- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize customer service and response times- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet service level agreements- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding satisfactory resolutions through negotiation and problem-solving- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance call center operations- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations at all times
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in call center management or a related field- Resourceful and energetic personality traits- Strong adaptability and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven leadership and team management capabilities- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
