Job description:
Rappi is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Process orders and assist customers with product and service information.4. Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat.5. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call center metrics.7. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.8. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Driven and hardworking personality traits.3. Strong people management and creativity skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
