Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.4. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.5. Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the system.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Handle escalated calls with confidence and professionalism.9. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.6. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with grace.7. Persuasive skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues.8. Confident in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.9. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
