Job Description:
St. Jude Medical is seeking a resourceful and motivated Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to the online team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.2. Assist with online research projects and data analysis.3. Coordinate virtual events and webinars.4. Manage online calendars and appointments.5. Assist with website maintenance and content updates.6. Monitor and respond to online inquiries and messages.7. Assist with online marketing and social media efforts.8. Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in administrative roles.2. Strong organizational and time management skills.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.5. Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.6. Analytical skills to assist with data analysis and research projects.7. Persuasion skills to engage with online audiences and stakeholders.8. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and rapidly changing online environment.
