Realogy Holdings, a leading global real estate services company, is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and updating online databases and records- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed- Coordinate virtual meetings and webinars- Help create and distribute online marketing materials- Assist with social media management and content creation- Handle online inquiries and customer service requests- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in administrative or online support roles- Motivated and proactive attitude- Resilient in the face of challenges and obstacles- Strong research skills- Persuasion skills to assist with online marketing efforts- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
