Job Description:
Zoom Video Communications is seeking a motivated and independent Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain online calendars and scheduling for executives2. Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls3. Draft and proofread emails and correspondence4. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents5. Research and compile information for reports and presentations6. Assist with data entry and database management7. Provide general administrative support as needed8. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred2. 3 years of experience in an administrative support role3. Excellent organizational and time management skills4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools7. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities8. Innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
