Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Managing online accounts receivable processes and systems- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any account issues in a timely manner- Reviewing and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness- Generating financial reports and analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Utilizing innovation and creativity to develop new solutions and strategies for accounts receivable

Requirements:- Reliable and dedicated individual who can work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
