Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate at Marathon Oil in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, possess leadership qualities, and excel at cooperation.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.3. Resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.5. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all accounts receivable transactions.6. Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related area.3. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.7. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
