Online Accountant

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online financial transactions and records2. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and guidance6. Utilize accounting software and tools effectively7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2. CPA or equivalent certification preferred3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment7. Leadership and people management skills8. Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
