Job Description:Unity Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. Responsibilities:- Provide online account support to customers via email and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues- Assist with account setup, billing inquiries, and other account-related tasks- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
