Job Description:
UGI is seeking a detail-oriented Online Account Support Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide online account support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.2. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various online platforms.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.4. Analyze data and generate reports to track online account performance.5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online account engagement and retention.7. Assist in training new team members on online account support procedures.
Requirements:1. Demonstrated dedication and motivation to exceed customer expectations.2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers.3. Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to improve online account services.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems.6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
