Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing solutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize various technology platforms to assist customers and track progress- Present information clearly and effectively to customers in a professional manner- Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
