Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Advance Auto Parts in Houston, Texas. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage online customer accounts and resolve any issues or inquiries in a timely manner- Provide support to customers with online orders, returns, and refunds- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- Monitor online account activity and identify opportunities for improvement- Analyze data to make informed decisions on how to enhance the online customer experience- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies to increase online sales- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify best practices and opportunities for growth
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in a similar role- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Drive to continuously improve processes and exceed goals- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
