Job Description:

Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients using our online account management platform. This associate-level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and accurate support to clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their online accounts.2. Assist clients with account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting technical issues.3. Educate clients on how to utilize the online account management platform effectively.4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex client issues.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.6. Assist in testing new features and updates to the online account management platform.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:1. Energetic and driven individual with a passion for customer service.2. Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence.3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software.6. Knowledge of insurance industry concepts and online account management systems is a plus.
