As an Oncology Data Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing vital statistics related to the history, diagnosis, treatment, and health status of our cancer patients. What are we looking for?
A minimum of a two-year associate degree in Medical Record Technology, Medical Record Administration, or related healthcare field.
Preferably, certification as an Oncology Data Specialist by the National Cancer Registrars Association. If not already obtained, certification is required within two years of hire. We offer on-the-job training for candidates with relevant healthcare experience, with the expectation of certification within the specified timeframe.
