We are seeking an Onboarding Recruiter Specialist to work out of our Albuquerque, NM branch and provide candidates and employees with a seamless transition into our company through the delivery of an overall exceptional onboarding experience. The pay for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience. Guide new hires through pre-employment processes, including pre-employment drug screening and physical if needed. Manage offer letters and coordinate paperwork completion to create a smooth process between candidates and our HR team. Assist hiring managers with establishing email addresses for new members and ordering company equipment such as cell phones and pay cards. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation PowerPoint presentation. Ensure new hire paperwork is completed including I-9 verification. Review company policies with new employees and collect signatures as a commitment to compliance. Complete all required harassment training during onboarding, ensuring the workplace remains a respectful and positive space. Serve as the go-to person for new hires, answering questions and collaborating with hiring managers to provide the support they need. Deliver and document safety and compliance training for new team members. What We Need from You: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Associates degree in Human Resources preferred. Preferred 2-3 years of experience with an emphasis on recruiting and onboarding. Skilled in handling interactions with employees at all levels and the general public, both on the phone and in person, tactfully and in a courteous manner. Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to succeed in this role. Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking in front others.
