Full job description POSITION TITLE: Office manager
JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Office manager to become an integral part of our team. This position will assist our Executive assistant with clerical and administrative tasks. Tasks include supporting the bookkeeping and financial team, maintaining an electronic filing system, ensuring proper paperwork for all projects, and supporting staff with organizational tasks and standard day-to-day office duties. If you are obsessed with detail, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and can handle diverse responsibilities, this position is for you.

YOUR EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & STRENGTHS Experience and background Proven experience as an Office manager or similar role High school diploma Extensive knowledge of Google software (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Fluent in English Strengths Instinctively detail-oriented Ability to be thorough and catch mistakes Excellent prioritizing & time management skills Solid organizational skills Computer-savvy A desire to work efficiently and contribute to a fast-growing organization A can-do, positive attitude Ability to handle tasks/projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision with a deadline Likes to move at a fast pace.
