Job Description:

Zoom Video Communications is looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in office management or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, resourceful, possess strong presentation and research skills, and thrive in a flexible working environment that embraces change with speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities:- Manage office operations and procedures- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness- Oversee and ensure security of the office premises and equipment- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires- Maintain office systems and equipment by planning regular maintenance and upgrades- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times- Coordinate with HR to organize company events and team building activities

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in office management or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Must be passionate and resourceful- Must possess strong presentation and research skills
