Job Summary: As the Office Manager at Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our back-office functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. From managing payroll and invoices to implementing new systems and overseeing hiring, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities: Process payroll, invoices, payments, and inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with management to implement new systems and procedures for improved operations. Assist in addressing hiring needs. Work with Retail Meat Manager, Inventory Manager, and President to manage scheduling including staff PTO needs. Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations; actively participate in Safety Committee. Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including responding to customer posts and inquiries. Manage KPI tracking, ensuring managers provide regular report outs to the team. Provide president and Inventory Manager regular updates on status of responsibilities. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Coordinate and track events, promotions, and special projects; incorporate team members as appropriate. Support weekly meeting preparation and delivery. Contribute to the positive culture of the workplace by fostering teamwork and camaraderie among employees. Report to the president.
