Office Manager Location Mooresville, NC : Title: Office Manager Reports to: CFO
Shift: Mon-Fri. 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000/Year
Hemp Supply Prime is a premium bulk wholesale distributor and white label manufacturer of hemp products for leading national brand clients. We are seeking an Office Manager to add to our team.
HSP is a vertically integrated product solution company located in Mooresville, NC. Additionally we have recently launched a few of our own house brands. We are a young company poised for major growth. CBD & Hemp is projected to become a $30B industry in the next 3 years. We are excited to add to our growing team in this new and budding industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations. Coordinate with warehouse & sales managers to ensure seamless communication between departments. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, time off, and other HR-related data. Manage employee benefits and assist in payroll processing. Human Resources:
Manage the onboarding process for warehouse staff. Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations. Conduct employee orientations and facilitate training programs. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. Facility Management:
Ensure a safe and clean working environment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities. Manage office supplies and inventory. Communication:
Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and upper management. Facilitate effective communication channels within the warehouse office. Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of administrative office management including knowledge of Human Resources functions for the state of North Carolina. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications in Human Resources strongly desired. Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar administrative/HR role, preferably in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ERP and relevant software applications - Odoo. Self-starter who works independently with efficiency. Job Type: Full-time
