Position: Office Manager Location: Logan, Utah Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our home health service office. Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure efficient workflow. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed. Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule appointments and coordinate care services for clients. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and record-keeping. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing home health services, including HIPAA requirements. Assist with budget planning and financial reporting to support the overall financial health of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field is helpful but not required. Certification as a Nurse's Aide is highly desirable. Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes, including experience with insurance claims and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
