Job summary
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Office Manager for our Franchise location in Northwest Ohio.Experience managing an office within a services industry.Excellent communication skills.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Accounting/Financial administration• Operational administration• Coordinate all HR activities• Prepare sales proposals and monthly reports• Prospect, cultivate, and hire new Independent Contractors• Client retention management and contract enforcement• Debrief with the President/GM/Owner• Assist President/GM/Owner in supporting company initiatives• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in document preparation and data entry• Clear and concise written communication skills• Ability to build relationships with clients, service providers, and co-workers• Problem-solving skills• Reliability and trustworthiness• Strong organizational skills including time management, prioritization, follow through, and delegation• Strong interpersonal skills• High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Knowledge of CRM systems
