Job summary
Looking for a talented Manager based in Danbury CT to serve new clients and caregivers in the Connecticut and New York area.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments, take calls, and provide support to staff and caregivers• Establish and maintain relationships with customers• Assist in recruiting individuals for the team and maintain caregiver resources• Perform client intakes, set up service for transitioning clients, and serve as point of contact for new and prospective clients• Compile case information and report changes and concerns• Work with clients' care team to ensure quality of service• Promote value through customer experience and resolve complaints and concerns• Coordinate new services and delegate tasks to staff• Maintain excellent communication and reporting/documentation skills• Work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with weekends and after-hours on-call

• Excellent communication skills• Proficient computer skills• Ability to work under pressure• Exceptional organizational skills• Good time management• Ability to follow up• High energy and self-motivation• Willingness to drive out to clients' homes or facilities
