Job Description:
Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory- Coordinating meetings and appointments- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence- Assisting with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records- Managing office budgets and expenses- Liaising with vendors and suppliers- Supporting the office team with any administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in office management or a related field- Reliable and hardworking with excellent organizational skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience with budget management and expense tracking- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
