We are looking for an organized, reliable Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures and managing our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of construction, administrative, and organizational processes, as well as excellent computer skills.
Position Overview: The Office Manager will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative functions, customer service, information management, and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations and workflow, including filing systems, data entry, customer service, and other administrative tasks Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system in order to efficiently store and access all relevant information related to the office Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Monitor office supplies and order items as necessary Maintain and update the offices computer systems Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Familiarity with construction processes and terminology Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and G Suite Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
