What's the role? The company is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join that team as their Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing the Portage office ensuring all administrative functions of the company flow smoothly with a special focus on completing all the company's bookkeeping. Specifically, this role will work in QuickBooks online to complete accounts receivable, accounts payable, billings, invoicing, etc. The role will also oversee the office receptionist and provide superior customer service to all clients that call or visit the location.
Required skills and qualifications: 2 year accounting degree Strong bookkeeping skills including processing AP/AR Intermediate to advanced skills in QuickBooks online Customer service skills for interacting with customers or taking phone calls General administrative skills Intermediate computer skills including in Microsoft Office products Experience in a related role as a bookkeeper or office manager highly desired Experience working in the HVAC industry is highly desired What will my schedule look like? This role works office hours Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 pm with a lunch break. No weekends or travel!
