This IS NOT an entry level position.WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:An experienced and qualified candidate with a vast knowledge of automotive accounting, currently or recently serving as a OFFICE MANAGER at a new car dealership in California.An experienced and qualified candidate with a strong understanding of each desk in the Office (Payables, Receivables, Financials, Flooring, DMV, Payroll, and Contracts). Human Resources Experience is a strong plus!An experienced and qualified candidate with a "Whatever needs to be done" attitude. We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate, train every seat in the department, fill in where necessary, and recruit and retain talent.This is a very hands on role, working directly with the team on a daily basis.We are looking for a NICE, motivational, encouraging, fun, HAPPY, organized, detail oriented leader who fosters a team environment.
