The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by providing comprehensive support to various functions such as human resources, business management, compliance, and credentialing. Responsibilities include facilitating HR processes, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing credentialing procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency of the office through effective coordination and collaboration across diverse administrative areas.
Manages new employee onboarding processes and HRIS data entry, ensuring compliance with credentialing and verification requirements in collaboration with licensed providers and HR. Facilitates employee orientation and resolves inquiries, handling HRIS transactions and payroll entries while maintaining accurate employee records for contract compliance. Coordinates employee training initiatives, prepares financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses, and assists with special projects under the direction of the Business Manager. Oversees accounts payable processes, reconciles invoices, and manages weekly payroll distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures. Acts as a resource for business office and HR matters, utilizing ERMA Care Management system for patient care support, while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating understanding of risk management principles. Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources preferable. Experience
Must have three (3) years' experience in a finance-related role, as a secretary or administrative assistant, two of which must have been in support of upper management in the private sector or private / public partnerships.
