Job Summary: The Office of Student Life and Enrollment is accepting applications for an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator supports the Associate Vice President/Dean of Students in managing the administrative tasks of the Dean of Students office. They handle budget management, respond to student and parent inquiries, and complete projects involving data analysis and document drafting. They also address concerns and defuse conflicts, maintain confidentiality, and assist with various tasks such as scheduling, overseeing foundation accounts, and supporting student government activities. Additionally, they supervise student workers, manage contracts and office supplies, and coordinate logistics for student events.
