Job summary
Fink's Jewelers is hiring a full-time Office Assistant at their new location in Franklin, TN.Must be organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
• Assist with sales activities and transactions on the POS system.• Maintain client records, special order files, and layaway files.• Process incoming and outgoing transfers, following corporate policy.• Prepare packages and paperwork for outgoing mail or shipment.• Accept and process product for repair, communicate with customers regarding repair status.• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone.• Utilize company ERP software for transaction research.• Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Extremely organized.• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.• High level of customer service skills.
