Description OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – Reno, Nevada The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate development companies, currently has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic individual for the full-time opportunity of Office Administrator.
In your new career, you will provide important support functions at the regional Lewis office in Reno, NV.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Property ManagementProcess rent checks and post payments to tenants accountsProduce aging reports and follow up with tenantsAssist with reconciling tenant accountsSend monthly rent statements via mail and/or emailProperty management maintenance dispatch and follow upPreparation of master contracts and work agreements Preparation of tenant noticesMaintenance of electronic files and various reportsPrepare various reports for distribution Accounts PayableCode and process vendor invoices through Bottomline softwareDownload and process utility invoices through JDEOnboard new Vendors, Contractors and ConsultantsProcessing of check requestsFront-desk administration and phone duties, including incoming and outgoing mail and overnight shipmentsTenant/Vendor insurance liaisonMaintain office supply levelsNote: This is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on-site position.
To be successful, your skills should include excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proven experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Bonus points for any experience with JDE, MRI, ClickPay, DocuSign, Adobe or Kofax and/or Bottomline.
Additional qualifications include excellent customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
