We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including answering phones, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. This position offers flexibility with hours ranging from 25-40 hours per week, particularly during peak seasons. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Order Management: Receive and process orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated effectively to the relevant departments. Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments as needed. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Email Communication: Utilize Microsoft Outlook or similar platforms to blast emails to the customer database, promoting products, services, or company updates. Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents to ensure efficient operations. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to create spreadsheets, reports, and documents as required. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work 25-40 hours per week, particularly during peak seasons. Wage $14.00 an hour
