Accounting- Basic Accounts payable, develop budget ideas, reconcile accounts, review bank statements, work with payroll and accountant to ensure completion reports are done in timely manner Centricity- reconcile monthly reports, work on schedules, block, change, understand the system Deposit/Change – daily/weekly/monthly – ensure month-end deposits complete. Contracts/Credentialing: Ensure compliance when due, review with doctors' reimbursement, insurance changes, compliance with local hospitals. (work with our credentialing specialist) Human Resources: Benefits- Work with Benefits representative when onboarding new employees, when employees have changes or questions about benefits. Review staffing, interview process, hire, retain, terminate, train, discipline, maintain personal files, promote good work culture, set standards, and Prepare and administer performance reviews for employees Complete documentation for workforce services Serve as liaison between staff and physicians Enforce policy, ensure consistency, fairness, equality Oversee medical and front desk- understand both charting and front desk duties and system functions, such as scheduling, phone notes, portal Customer service: -Address any concerns/complaints from patients or staff regarding patients. Serve as back up to assistant OM Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient care delivery
